Are the Lawyers Sleeping???

Writer: GIIS Law Summit New York Times GIIS Law Summit New York Times

The prosecution of the Midnight Murder case has failed yet another interrogation. Mrs. Jackson during her testimony said that 'I like the table, chair and bed of the master bedroom ', what business does the mayor's wife have in the private chambers of the suspects and murdered?

Furthermore, in yesterday's testimony, Mrs. Jackson said “I have no sense of anger, today the witness contradicts themselves and says she did feel enraged. Neither the persecution nor the defense suspected this. Thankfully, the jury took note of this negligence and took the right decision of informing the press. The New York Times is disgusted by the lack of attention displayed by the lawyers on this case and at the same time appreciates the alertness displayed by the jury.

Linda Jackson also stated that her mind was “blank” after coming to know of the affair and did not feel anything. To any sane person, this would sound extremely unlikely. Anyone who figured their spouse was having an affair would feel enraged. Did Linda Jackson lie under oath about how she had felt so that the prosecution can not pin her for murder? Is Linda Jackson guilty? Will the prosecution explore this angle of the case? Only time will tell.

Until then to keep receiving updates, read the New York Times.
