After the witness testimony of Dr. Ramakrishnan Chelle, the debate between the defense and prosecution heated up!! Though the prosecution presented extremely poor points as well as poor objections, they did have a strong persuasive tone. This gave a huge advantage to the defense as Defence Lawyer 3 who said, “So what DNA sample may have belongs to Elizabeth and disregard the entire police report. The prosecution IS SUPPOSED TO BRING IN THE EVIDENCE while the defense created REASONABLE DOUBT”. The prosecution did nothing but repeat the points that the defense didn’t put forth any evidence and was obsessed with the fact that the revolver was present during the crime scene and the graveyard wherein the defense gave a strong response “Ok so the revolver was in both the locations but there are 370,000 copies of the same revolver!!” As the debate boosts but revolves in a circle.
