Juror 1 of the Midnight Murder case openly shouted that ‘this committee has failed’. Little did he know the press had been keenly listening to all of their conversations and can still publish articles on them.
If a juror himself believes the committee or better ‘the case’ has failed, will he be inclined to change his perspective based on the closing arguments put forward by lawyers? Will the lawyers be able to provide compelling arguments or will they keep up their incompetence as displayed in earlier committee sessions? Will Midnight Murder fail or will justice be served???? Only time will tell.
Until then, stay tuned for more updates from the New York Times.
