Are lawyers naturally daft or is today a special occasion?
The purpose of a discussion in a courtroom is to come to a final decision on who the perpetrator is and what punishment he/she deserves by law. But when the courtroom of twin heist is allegedly "A Failure" as stated by the PLP earlier this afternoon, with the case not moving forward even by an inch, an exception can be made.
With the lawyers from both the Prosecution and the Defence constantly contradicting themselves, the case is going literally "nowhere" so much so that the PLP had to intervene and address the courtroom urging them to take the court in some direction.
In simpler terms, the PLP "trashed" the Lawyers.
The lawyer's response to this involved nothing but silence.
Does this silence indicate the fact that they have accepted their incompetence and that they accept that they do not have any direction in their presentations?
The lawyers kept coming back to the same topics over and over again in other words "they kept running in circles" and when questioned about this by the PLP their mouths were sewn shut.
Looking at the way things are going one can wonder,
With either chaos or silence and nothing in between, can the court progress and deliver justice.?
