Slow and Steady Wins the race but not Rajesh.

The prosecution believes that Mr. Rajesh started the fire to get the money off insurance for the school. The witness stated this was an arson case but during his time, the jury and prosecution phrased poor and irrelevant questions. The flow of debate was slow with no further or any sort of advancements.

The witness is sure that the fire was caused by gasoline and says that it was concentrated at a certain location being the canteen. The defense lawyers raised questions and statements in the form of questions such as ‘gasoline is used in cooking’ and believes that the gasoline was present in the canteen for cooking. During the whole process, the jury raised very few and mostly irrelevant questions. The few key aspects were that one jury member believed that the fire was caused due to transportation but the transportation of gasoline takes a different route. With poor questions being fired away, it is safe to say there were no major developments in this case. Other than the fact that the gasoline and ashes were centralized at a specific place being the canteen.

When something finally more indulging came about more precisely the crisis, the flow of debate which was hoped to become better remained stagnant. An affair between Mr. Rajesh and his colleague Ms. Lucy was confirmed by the couple and the question of whether there was a third party involved or whether the arson was committed by 2 people. The questions though remained stagnant, repetitive, and most importantly, poor. A certain Juror 6 raised an off-topic question nowhere related to the crisis either. The whole session was filled with irrelevant questions and the flow of debate seemed to go nowhere. A few obvious questions were also phrased.
