Does the Plaintiff think Emotions rule the court?

The plaintiff in Deadlock Defamation seemed to be going on and on about their reputation and trying to appeal to the jury's emotions rather than a fact-based argument, which was brought out effectively by the defense attorneys who stated how opinions in the article could not be stated false.
The defense largely overshadowed the plaintiff and this has led us to think if the lawyers are capable enough to bring forward compelling arguments and provide justice against institutionalized racism?
It is noteworthy that the issue at hand is sensitive and may result in the uprooting of chaos and riots. Will we be looking at national chaos or will the lawyers find compelling arguments and move on the path to provide justice.
