School fire may set public opinion ablaze

Writer: The Sun GIIS Law SummitThe Sun GIIS Law Summit

Did the lawyer undertake their responsibility on research or, did they just remiss their time to fail their plaintiff? It seems like the lawyers have convinced themselves that Mr. Rajesh Jhonson is found guilty and, are not trying to look at the other circumstances which could have caused the fire. None of the lawyers are aware of the principles of insurance and accuse Mr. Jhonson to have caused the fire for-profit motive. As of now, it is ridiculous that the lawyers haven't considered or even reviewed the principles of insurance yet. It is very disappointing to see that our judiciary system may fail us once again, considering we have seen two other arson cases on such a large scale deemed as mistrials without opening the case details to the public.

The lawyers' competence in handling cases is questionable. The faith of the citizens in our judicial system will be uncertain if the lawyers fail to bring justice. It is absurd to see that the defendant sues the plaintiff for 500,000 dollars and, it would seem quite ludicrous if the lawyers let that happen. Will the lawyers bring justice? Will the public restore their faith in the judiciary system? Temptations are drawing the general public to pessimism and the school’s corporate reputation is at breaking point. Only fate will tell what is to become of this case.
