The Prosecution isn’t strong…. The Defense is just too weak!

The witness testimony of Johnsie Nah, a junior college student, and drug seller was carried out in the courtroom of Rajesh vs The State. The witness stated that he has sold drugs near the canteen. He also confirmed that he had seen a man at around 5.25 pm near the canteen.

Apart from the above-mentioned statements, the defense was not able to extract any useful information from the witness but was rather interested in the fashion choices of the man that Mr. Nah had seen on that fateful day. The defense lawyers due to lack of alertness kept asking repeated questions, gave rise to several objections, and wasted precious court time.

The prosecution’s job has become much easier due to the incompetence of the defense lawyers and is looking to turn judgment in their favor. Will the defense pull up or will Mr. Johnson’s chances of being declared innocent continue to grow slim??

For more updates keep reading the New York Times.
